Miles Teller throws out the first pitch, if you gave me a million dollars I wouldn't have been able to tell you who this was? Is he a star of some sort?

It's interesting listening to the post-game show after the Phillies games. Last night Michael Barkann and Ricky Bottalico tried to dissect the Phillies loss, and as they always do, they delve into the particular details of the game, and Ricky said, "I'm going to look closer into this, I can't put my finger on it, but I'm going to find out why the Phillies lost..."

Well, they are not going to win every game, but I enjoy listening to the post-game show because it shows how much Bottalico cares about the Phillies, Michael Barkann is the seasoned veteran broadcaster who knows how to emphasize a point but to hear them both lambast on a Phils loss is something.

Of course, the Phillies lost last night because they couldn't score runs again, the Phils could only score 1 run on 5 hits. They were 0-3 with RISP, so in other words, the Phils offense didn't show up. It wasn't because they were facing exceptionally good pitching, but last night, they just couldn't get started.

Adam Morgan came in for relief of Vince Velasquez and promptly was charged with giving up 3 R on the short .1 IP last night. That sort of put the game out of reach for the team. Hoskins went 0-4 and Harper worked 2 BB on the night. We don't really need Harper working walks, but that's what he does sometimes, get on base, and then it's up to someone else to move him.

Posey, Sandoval, and Pillar went deep for the Giants and that put this one out of reach for the Phils.

Game 3 of the series is at 1:05 PM today at the park: (TV coverage at 12:30 PM)
