Bumgarner earned his stripe as the Giants best pitcher last night, shutting down the Phillies

The Phillies were in San Francisco tonight, and yes, the offense has again deserted this team. Last night's game wasn't on TV, it was only being broadcast on Youtube on the internet. The game was entertaining to watch on Youtube, I liked the broadcast, we had Ben Davis on, who sounded good with his play by play along with announcer Rich Waltz, and Shawn Estes and on-field reporter Guy Haberman.

If you've already cut the cord from TV, it was somewhat easy for you, but if not, you'll just have to get your PC, laptop, or tablet out to enjoy the game. There are many games this year on Youtube, so check them out over at Youtube.com/MLB

The Phillies could only manage 1 hit on the night last night at Oracle Park. You can't win ball games like that.

With the loss last night 5-0, the Phillies are now 59-56 or 8.0 GB from the division leading Atlanta Braves. The Phils are the loser in the last 3 straight games, and they are 4-6 in the last 10 games. The Mets are now tied with them in the NL East.

For Youtube, they got a marquee matchup, Aaron Nola taking on Madison Bumgarner in Game 1 of this matchup. As poor as they have been playing, the Phils are still in contention for the 2nd wildcard, but if they keep playing like they have, they will surely fall out of that contention soon.

Again, the word is frustration with this team. Will they come out on the field and play like a different team tonight?
