I was just browsing through my latest edition of Philly Magazine, when right in front of me I read about the 'Phils Secret Weapon.' The article in the August 2010 edition is one about nutrition and what some Phillies have done to bring their nutrition up a notch.

You said you had hamburgers for dinner tonight? Well, there is a new meat in town and that is buffalo. Katie Cavuto Boyle, Phillies dietitian, tells of some superstar Phillies who love the bison burger. Chase Utley and Jayson Werth apparently are big fans of the leaner, more digestible, buffalo meat.

Boyle owns a company called, Healthy Bites ToGo. Whatever is in that burger sure most be working for Chase and Jayson.
