Phils crush Rockies, save some for later!

20 Runs in one game, that's incredible! It is a testament to how powerful this offense can be at times in the biggest Phillies win in some time and their first of the ten game home stand. I get a little nervous when I see scores like this though because it completely makes the other team feel like they would like to go out on the field and try to get even with a team that 'ran' up the score on you the night before.

Sometimes a team gets a comfortable lead and lays back and then the other team catches them off guard, so I guess it's a double edged sword and sometimes with the Phillies, they need a 10 run cushion to make me happy!

Here's the offense that was poured out on Monday night:

19 hits - 20 runs

Chase Utley - 1 HR and 6 rbi's

Ryan Howard - 3 rbi's

Feliz and Coste - 4 rbi's each

Gametime temp 80

Attendence: 44,764
